The Holy Last Messenger of Allah, Sall Allahu 'alaihi wa Aalihi wa Sallim (the Blessings and Peace of Allah be upon him and his Noble Family) said;

“The best of Mankind are those who are of the most benefit to mankind”.

Alhamdullilah, each month we serve homeless groups in various locations. This month we served a group in SE Atlanta (mainly women and children). Alhamdullilah, the meal was very much appreciated by all the residents.

Our next homeless event is scheduled for Saturday, March 28th Insha Allahu ta ‘ala. In the midst of all the negative anti-Islamic propaganda, with Allah’s permission we will continue to share the true positive message of Islam by serving our needy homeless neignbors.

 

One of the best methods of giving dawah, in these trying times we think, is sharing the message of compassion and mercy with our Muslim and non-Muslims neighbors in their time of need. Anyone wishing further information, Please contact us.

Alhamdullilah, through Madinah Food Pantry & Family Services monthly programs which include feeding the homeless, taking cooked food donations to families every week, and clothes and furniture as needed the youth are coming forth to volunteer in their local communities. I also have the opportunity to teach high school level students online through Vision Academy this year and each quarter there are community service projects assigned. This quarter we have been studying homelessness in the United States, so all the students were given assignments to become more aware of homelessness in their local communities by donating food or clothes to any organizations that served homeless populations. We are currently sponsoring monthly homeless feeding events located in Athens, Georgia and food packages that are distributed throughout Northeast Georgia and metro Atlanta. Anyone wishing further information about our programs please contact us.

Insha’Allah, please help and support Madinah Food Pantry & Family Services, LLC which is the only Muslim owned food pantry in the Northeast Georgia area specifically designed to meet the needs of Muslim families. Madinah Food Pantry & Family Services, LLC distributes food and clothing to needy families throughout the Northeast Georgia and metro Atlanta area and to Muslims traveling through the area in need of food.
 
In Northeast Georgia and metro Atlanta many Muslims have large families with limited or no income, elderly or single parent families struggling to make ends meet each month on small SSI checks or child support payments. Madinah Food Pantry & Family Services, LLC also offers monthly health education seminars for Muslims covering such topics as diet, nutrition, preventive health care, herbs and their medicinal qualities, first aid and safety, acupuncture, etc….
 
Insha’Allah, we are asking different families, businesses and Muslim communities throughout the metro Atlanta area to sponsor Madinah Food Pantry & Family Services, LLC on a yearly or monthly basis to help us continue to feed families who are in need. Monthly donations of $25.00-$75.00 would assist us in purchasing much needed food and personal care products, or yearly donations of $500.00-1,000.00 to purchase bulk food supplies (rice, flour, sugar, cooking oil, canned milk, juices and condiments) that are often depleted quickly and much in demand. We can accept PayPal donations on our website for those wishing to make cash donations or checks made payable to Madinah Food Pantry & Family Services, LLC, P.O. Box 157, Commerce, GA.  30530.
